Alyson Caffrey
Alyson Caffrey is the founder of Operations Agency and creator of the Operations Simplified™ Framework. She's commonly referred to as 'The Wolf' among our clients because she just gets shit done. 

Alyson is best known for helping streamline the back end ops for a multitude of brands, but mostly digital and creative agencies. 

As a fractional COO for many high-growth businesses, Alyson fell in love with the results that clear ops bring to a service business.

Rainah Ward
Rainah is the powerhouse Program Assistant at Operations Agency. 

After growing up in southern Minnesota, Rainah stayed nearby to earn her Bachelor’s degree in Biology at Macalester College in St. Paul. 

Post graduation, she began working in different labs as a technologist and researcher, but soon switched over to the world of start-ups as an Operations Manager for the accelerator program Beta MN, and later as an Operations Specialist for the online outdoor marketplace, Gearo. 

These experiences have led her to finding a passion for aiding the growth and development of small businesses. 


Common Questions

How much time is required?
I did my best to include the exact information you would need to get your ops elements created and your business set up for success, your best SOP’s written and the most time-consuming and time-wasting items off your plate. No more, no less. I didn’t include anything that would stray you from this very important work. That said, this work generally takes a few hours per week each week for 90 + days depending on how large your business is and how overdue you are to create systems. What type of businesses is this meant for?
The short answer: every single business. If you look at the most profitable exits in history and the longest standing companies in history, they have lots of elements in common. A central location for standard operating procedures (what we call a playbook) is just one of those operational elements. I have seen these methods work with service businesses, coaches, thought leaders, health practitioners, course creators, and many others. I have spent 5 years working to create SOP's for digital and creative Agencies. Those businesses will find the most value out of our content. Who does this not work for?
People who want to live a laptop lifestyle, not grow their business, live from month-to-month with their bills, have no quality of life and not leave a legacy. If you have no interest in either maintaining a successful, profitable business or building a business to exit, this is absolutely not for you and I wish you best of luck.
How fast will I see results?
The short answer is: today. The long one is: it depends. You'll get access to all the tools and bonuses today. If you set aside time to go through the content and implement what I teach you, I don’t doubt that you will be able to get items delegated to your team in less than a day. If you sit on the information or don’t leverage it, you’ll likely be stuck in the same place and never see results even if you do purchase this service.
